Return & Replacement Policy

At Tribe of Style, operated by SP Technologies, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you face any issue with your order, we offer a simple and clear return and exchange process.

3-Day Return & Replacement Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% replacement or return guarantee within 3 days of delivery. If there are any issues related to size, fitting, or defects, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us
    Email our customer care team at Support@Tribeofstyle.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include your Order ID, contact number, and the issue with supporting images (if applicable).

  2. Return Process
    Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is unavailable in your location, you may self-ship the product to us. Upon successful return, we will dispatch the replacement without any extra shipping charges.

  3. Conditions for Return/Replacement

    • Tags and labels must be intact.

    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

    • The product must be returned with original packaging.

    • The replacement product will be shipped only after the returned/damaged product reaches us. Once received, we will process and dispatch the replacement within 3 to 5 working days.

      • Delivery timelines depend on our courier partners and generally take 7 to 12 days from the dispatch date.

    Exclusions

    • Customized products (with names, baby details, etc.) are not eligible for return or replacement.

    • Surprise T-shirts and boxers are not eligible for exchange or replacement.

    • Items that do not meet the above return conditions will not be accepted.

  4. Self-Shipping
    If reverse pickup isn’t available, customers can self-ship the product and receive 100 reward points as compensation for the shipping cost.

  5. Special Condition for Step Set Go Orders
    All Step Set Go merchandise is not eligible for return or replacement under this policy.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • To cancel, email us at Support@Tribeofstyle.com from your registered email ID with your Order ID.

  • Cancellation will be confirmed within 1–2 business days, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 4–7 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

  • Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.


Refunds

Refunds are issued only in cases of:

  • Defective products

  • Unforeseen situations where replacement is not possible

To claim a refund:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery with your order details and images of the defective product.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

    • The refund process will be initiated within 3 to 5 business days after approval.

    • Once processed, the refunded amount will be credited to Customer within an additional 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
