At Tribe of Style, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process. Please read the following information to understand our return policy:
Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 100% Replacement Guarantee. If you encounter any size or fitting issues, you can exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. Please follow the process outlined below:
- Contact Us: Email our customer care executive at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, providing your complete order details and the issue encountered.
- Return Process: Once your request is received, we will arrange for the product to be picked up from your doorstep and ship you the required replacement. There will be no extra shipping charges levied by us.
- Conditions for Replacement: Replacement and exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
- The tags and labels on the item should be intact.
- The product should be unwashed, unused, and in undamaged condition.
- The product is returned along with the original packaging.
Please note the following exclusions:
- We do not replace masks and COVID-19 related products.
- Surprise T-shirts and boxers are not eligible for replacement.
- Replacement and exchanges are not acceptable for any request that does not meet the aforementioned criteria.
If we do not have a reverse pick-up facility at your location, we request you to self-ship the product to us. We will credit 100 points to your Tribe of Style account to adjust your shipping cost.
Special Condition for Step Set Go Orders: All Step Set Go merchandise orders are not eligible for the above-mentioned exchange and replacement policy.
Cancellation of Orders
You can cancel any orders before the product has been shipped. Please email us at [email protected] from your registered email address with your Order ID to initiate the cancellation process. Once confirmed, it will take us 1-2 business days to cancel your order. After cancellation, your entire order amount will be refunded to the bank account from which you made the order within 4 to 7 days, depending on your bank’s policy.
Please note that orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. For changes in the order before shipment, contact us at [email protected].
Refunds
We provide refunds only in genuine cases of defective products or unforeseen circumstances preventing us from sending replacements. If you receive defective products, email our customer support executives at [email protected] within 72 hours of delivery with details and photographs of the defective product.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping and Cash on Delivery charges will not be refunded. COD orders will not be refunded; instead, you can opt for immediate replacement or store credits.
